Good, Good Evening Sarah Scott Family,
This is your principal, Scotia Brown, with the final Scottie Burst for the 2022-2023 school year. Can you believe it? We have come to end of the school year, and what a great school year it’s been! As we close out the school year, I have just a few announcements for you:
We hope your Scottie shared all the fun we had, last Friday, at Field Day. If they didn’t, you can check out all pictures on the Sarah Scott Facebook page! Shout-out to Miss Campbell-Miller for putting together an AMAZING Field Day! And, a special thank you to all of our staff and parents, who showed up to make this a great day!
Parents, please be sure that your Scottie has turned in their track uniforms and any library books they may have. If those are not returned, the school corporation will be sending a bill to your home.
Students will be keeping their Chromebooks, over the summer. Please encourage your Scottie to keep their Chromebook in a safe place, so that there is no damage done to them. For those of you, who are concerned about the amount of time spent on the Chromebooks, you are encouraged to put the Chromebook in a safe place, so that you control access.
Please join us for our 8th grade graduation which will be held on Tuesday at 6:00PM, in the gymnasium.
All students will have early release on Wednesday at 2:30.
A reminder that our Sarah Scott Camp Curiosity for our current 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will be May 30th to June 16th from 8:00 to 12:00. We have a lot of fun activities and field trips planned. So, come out and be a part of the fun! Breakfast, lunch and transportation will be provided. Scotties needing transportation will be picked up at their former elementary school. Parents, you can register your Scottie on the Sarah Scott website.
