Good, Good Evening Sarah Scott Family,
This is your principal, Scotia Brown, with your Scottie Burst for the week of August 29th. We have a week filled with activities, so here we go:
We had several Scotties who were unable to attend the Sarah Scott Dance Team tryouts, as a result of being sick. If you were sick and missed dance team auditions, you are invited to stay, after school, from 3:30 to 4:30 on Monday for a workshop and 3:30 to 4:30 on Wednesday to try-out. This is only for those students who missed the original audition. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Lugar.
Cheerleaders, your first cheer practice will be from 5:00 to 6:30 on September 1st. Parents, coach Baelee needs you to attend the parent meeting from 6:30 to 7:30. Cheerleaders, your payment is due on September 1st. Checks can be made out to Sarah Scott Middle School.
Congratulations to all of the members of the Sarah Scott Student Council. We are looking forward to the great job you are going to do!
6th grade parents, CPR permission forms must be returned by Monday. Please be sure to return this form to your student’s science teacher.
The Sarah Scott Glo party will be Friday at 3:30 to 5:30 and all Scotties are invited. The cost for the Glo Party is $7.00. Tickets will be sold during the 6th, 7th and 8th grade lunch periods. The concession stand will be open for Scotties to purchase food items.
We are off to such a great year and it’s all because anything is possible with such GREAT Scotties…“At Sarah Scott: Where Hope is Inspired, Talent is Trained, and Potential is Developed!”
