Good, Good Evening Sarah Scott Family,
This is your principal, Scotia Brown, with your Scottie Burst for the week of March 13th. We have so much important information for you, so let’s get started!
We just wrapped up the County finals and our 6th grade girls did an amazing job! Did you realize that this is the first time in over 30 years that our girls have made it all the way to the County finals? And boy did they show up! They fought all the way! Congratulations on a job well done. We lost the game by 3 points, but just wait until next year!
Sarah Scott, in partnership with Catholic Charities, will have a food distribution, tomorrow from 9:00-10:00. Everyone is welcome! Please share this food distribution information on your social media and tell everyone you know to come by Sarah Scott and pick up a food box.
Monday marks the start of girls’ tennis and our track and field season. All 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls are invited to join the team. Or, if running, hurdles or long jump are more your thing, come on out and join the track team. We’d love to have you! Practices start tomorrow, right after school. Scotties must have a completed physical form on file in order to participate.
Monday is also the start of the last grading period. Scotties, you need to finish strong this grading period. Get all of your assignments in and take advantage of the before/after school help. Parents, just a reminder that your can log into Skyward and see your Scotties grades, missing assignments, etc. If you have questions, you can email your Scotties teachers. Skyward is a great way to track how your Scottie is doing!
