Good, Good Evening Sarah Scott Family,
This is your principal, Scotia Brown, with your Scottie Burst for the week of August 22nd. Family, we are so excited to have our Scotties back! We had a great first week! Now on to next week! Here are your announcements for the upcoming week:
Our teams are practicing and getting ready to compete. Our boys’ tennis team practices after school, every day from 3:30 to 5:30.
Cheerleader practice is Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5:30.
Cross-country practice is Monday – Friday from 3:30 to 4:45.
Dance practice is Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5:30.
Volleyball practice is Monday thru Friday from 3:30 to 5:30.
For more information, parents need to log in to Eventlink for schedules of practices and games.
Parents, please make sure your Scottie brings a water bottle to school. Because students are prevented from drinking directly from the water fountains, every Scottie needs to have his/her own water bottle.
Family, this is a reminder that breakfast and lunch is free for all students for the 2021-2022 school year. Again, breakfast and lunch are totally free for all Vigo County students.
Parents, if you have done so yet, we need you to log into Skyward and update your students’ enrollment forms. The forms can be found under Parent Family Access. If you need any assistance logging into your account, please call the school.

Inviting all parents! We need your help. We will have a Parent Booster Meeting this Thursday at 5:30. The purpose of the Parent Boosters is to provide input to your Scottie’s school and provide support for the staff, students and Sarah Scott community. We would love to have you join the Parent Boosters. Again, the meeting will be this Thursday at 5:30. We hope you can join us!
