This is your principal, Scotia Brown, with your Scottie Burst for the week of February 28th.
Recently, your Scottie took an assessment called ClearSight. The purpose of this assessments is to provide feedback to teachers. ClearSight assesses how much of standards your student has mastered at various interms. It is natural for scores to be “lower” at this time, because we are only halfway through the school year. If you would like to see how your Scottie performed on Clear Sight, his/her Student Report is now available through Skyward Family Access and students. Log in their account to view the January 2021 ClearSight Individual Student Report under Portfolio.

One more important announcement. Beginning Tuesday, all Scotties will return to school four days a week. Monday will remain a remote day. Scotties are to be in-person Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We will be practicing safe distancing and hand sanitizing. All students are required to mask. We are so excited to have our Scotties back in the building four days a week. We believe being back with us will allow them to get the personal, social and academic support they need. We love them and we want them here!
We are looking forward to a great week, “At Sarah Scott: Where Hope is Inspired, Talent is Trained, and Potential is Developed!”
