Hello Sarah Scott Families,
The summer countdown is on and we are excited to celebrate the amazing accomplishments this school year has brought to our Scotties. So let’s have some Spirit Days for the Queen of School Spirit, Mrs. Smith!
Tuesday will be Scottie Spirit Day, Wednesday-Pajama Day, Thursday-Sandals with Socks, Friday-House Day, and Monday-Summer/Hawaiian Day.
On Wednesday, our Academic and Sports Awards will take place at 6:00. Doors will open at 5:30.
On Thursday, our 8th grade graduation will be celebrated at 6:00. Doors will open at 5:30.
Rescheduled to this Friday, we will celebrate our last house meeting! This is going to be a fun time for our Scottie Family with races, games, and earning house points! Wear your house shirts on Friday!
Students will be helping build a “reading garden” filled with hammocks for a quant area for our literature classes to read thanks to a grant funded by the Vigo County Education Foundation. Also, all students will have a book going home this week to read from the VCEF from their “book tasting” stations. Thank you for always supporting the VCSC students and staff.

Monday, June 2, will be the last day of school and an early dismissal at 2:30.
