About Me
Hello!
My name is Claire Garbison, and I teach Engineering & Technology at Otter Creek. In 2023, I graduated from Indiana State University with bachelor’s degrees in Technology & Engineering Education and Information Technology. Throughout my studies, I also pursued a minor in Theater, so I strive to combine my love of technology and the arts to provide a well-rounded experience for middle school students.
Technology continuously adapts to our ever-changing world, so while in my class, students will investigate real-world changes in technology, design and manufacture creative solutions to tackle problems, and learn hands-on skills useful to their growth into young adults.
Outside of school, I enjoy attending NASCAR races with my friends and family, building with LEGOs, fixing computers, and helping with the N.E.A.T. program at the Learning Lab.
