The Vigo County School Corporation’s mission is to equip students with lifelong learning skills and prepare them to become productive and responsible citizens. Toward that end, the School Corporation desires to use progressive discipline of students in an effort to avoid interruption or disruption within educational program and activities while also pursuing restorative goals that seek to avoid exclusionary punishment, if possible.

Vigo County School Corporation Dress Code Guidelines and Cell Phone Rules

Appropriate dress in a secondary school has an effect upon the attitude of a student toward school and his/her schoolwork. Let us always dress in a fashion that will  reflect the pride we feel in our school. It is a responsibility of each student to be aware of the dress code guidelines and dress accordingly.

HCMS Booster Club

The Honey Creek Booster Club is an organization of parents who support the school in various ways.  Meeting once a month, the group plans fundraisers, mixers, and special events.  They provide the outdoor concession for the Fall and Spring sports.

We welcome volunteers at Honey Creek Middle School.  Please review the guidelines provided by the Vigo County School Corporation. The
teacher is the primary supervisor and the volunteer must operate under his/her direction.
