- Incoming 6th graders MUST create a Final Forms account and download their physical BEFORE tryouts.
- Current 6th and 7th graders who already have a Final Forms account and physical DO NOT need a new physical for tryouts.
- Current 6th and 7th graders who DO NOT have a Final Forms account or physical, must do so BEFORE tryouts.
