Throughout the year, students took Reading Counts quizzes which earned them points. The students earning the most points were awarded certificates and medals. They were:
6th Grade – Samuel Naumann with 585 points
7th Grade – Aubrey Featherston with 1,038 points
8th Grade – Anneke Donker with 702 points
Along with the Reading Counts program, students take the Reading Inventory at the beginning and end of the year. The student earning the Reading Inventory Most Improved Award was Hudson Deutsch who earned a 959 Growth in Lexile Score. Hudson also received a certificate and medal for his achievement.
