The 8th grade Beekeepers and their teacher leaders wanted to do something to bring attention to Earth Day on April 22nd. The group sponsored a recycling contest in which the advisory classes were invited to create projects made from recycled materials. The winning project was created by Mrs. Amy Schorr’s 8th grade class featuring the Titanic. They were rewarded for their efforts with doughnuts.
