CALENDAR OF EVENTS – April 2024

March 23– March 31 – No School – Spring VACATION!
April 1 – School resumes!
April 1-5 – Ms. Mattingly’s class to the Aquatic Center 9:30 AM
April 8 – NO SCHOOL due to the solar eclipse!
April 9 – Grade 4 classes to the Terre Haute Symphony
April 9 – Student Council meets from 2:40 – 3:30 PM
April 9 – Math Contest – 5:30 at Carlisle Elementary School. Good luck!!
April 9 – PTO meeting at 6:00!! Hope to see you there!
April 12 – Battle of the Books at the Administration Building! Good luck to our teams!
April 15 –May 10- I-LEARN testing for grades 3, 4 and 5. Please be sure your
children are well rested and eat a balanced breakfast this week!
April 15 – 19 – Earth Week and Earth Day Poster Contest!!
April 16 – Skate Party at Skate World from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
April 18 – Student Showcase for all grades from 5:30 – 6:30 at Dixie Bee!!
April 19 – Color Run sponsored by the Dixie Bee PTO! More details to follow!
April 23 – Student Council meeting from 2:40-3:30 PM
April 23- Midterm reports will be sent home with students (in their Tuesday folder) to
those dropping 2 letter grades in any given subject from their last report card or receiving
a failing mark in any area.
April 26 – “Cookies with Mrs. Cassell!” at 2:00 PM!
