The 2023 winner of the local Optimist International oratorical contest is Ellaina Davis. She will go on to compete in the regional competition at Plainfield at the Plainfield Public Library on March 12. The regional winner will then compete for the Indiana South District title at the South District Conference in Columbus on April 22.
