School-Based Services
Valley Professionals offers school-based primary care and behavioral health services making it even easier to access quality and affordable health care.
- They will be starting their services for students and staff of South Vigo High School on Monday, October 27, 2025.
- They are located in Room 309.
Request an appointment to be seen at school by one of the Family Nurse Practitioners. Every student is eligible to receive health care services when they turn in their completed enrollment form signed by a parent or guardian.
