It is an honor and a privilege to be the principal at Terre Haute South, Home of the Braves! We pride ourselves on providing a rigorous curriculum that challenges students and provides enriching opportunities. We encourage our students to stretch themselves intellectually and be willing to take risks as the rewards will be plentiful! We hold the bar high and provide all supports necessary for our students to reach that bar! Having been in special education, elementary, middle, and high school administration, I have had the benefit of experiencing childhood needs at various levels of development. One thing I am now certain of is that regardless of age, all students need A’s: Affirmation, Affection, and Attention. Our exemplary faculty at THS provide the nurturing and attentive environment needed for a student to reach high achievement. Once a Brave, Always a Brave…..
