Meet Mrs. Carr
Hello, my name is Meadow Carr! I teach art here at Hoosier Prairie on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and I love sharing art and being creative with our students.
I am originally from Covington, IN, and I went to Ball State University for two years before transferring to Indiana State University. There, I finished my degree in Visual Arts Education (K-12th Grade) and graduated in Winter 2022. I spent the end of the 2022-2023 school year substitute teaching all around Vigo County before finding my place for this school year at Hoosier Prairie and Fayette Elementary! I am so excited to be teaching at our wonderful school for my first year of teaching!
Personally, I have been married to my husband, Brody, for 3 years now. We have two cats together, Sanji and Casca. In my spare time I love doing my own art (recently that has been crochet and photography) as well as playing games and reading.
