Meet Mrs. Goble
Hi, my name is Brenda Goble! I teach Physical Education at Hoosier Prairie. I love working with our students to help them discover new ways to stay physically active, healthy, and happy, while having FUN!
I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida but have lived in Terre Haute since 1996. I graduated from Guilford College in 1994, majoring in Physical Education. I have been working in the Vigo County School Corporation as a long-term substitute teacher since 2019, and hired on as a PE teacher in 2021. Prior to that, I was a college coach for twenty-three years. Sports have always been a huge part of my life! I am excited to pass on the knowledge and passion I have for sports, health, and wellness to our students while making it fun and exciting.
My husband (Ernie) and I have two rescue pups. We love all sports and enjoy many outdoor adventures. Biking, hiking, tennis, swimming, snow skiing, yoga, kayaking, running, and horseback riding are some of our favorite activities!
