My name is Miss Surber. I am the 6th-8th grade Family and Consumer Science (FACS) teacher here at West Vigo Middle School. I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Affairs (Go Hoosiers!!). I love teaching this class because it equips students with the skills they need to be successful in life.

9:40-10:25: 3rd Period (7th Grade Related Arts class)
10:30-11:15: 4th Period (8th Grade Related Arts class)
11:20-12:00: LUNCH/RECESS
12:05-12:50: 6th Period (6th Grade Related Arts class)
12:55-1:40: 7th Period (7th Grade Related Arts class)
1:45-2:30: 8th Period (8th Grade Related Arts class)
2:35-3:15: Advisory
I see a new group of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders every 9 weeks or new grading period before they switch to their next Related Arts class.
