About Me!
I am a Teacher and a Registered Nurse. I began teaching Health Careers at West Vigo High School in 2013. The classes I teach include Introduction to Health Careers, Medical Terminology, and I teach students who, in their senior year, go into health care facilities and follow health care workers to see what they do in their jobs. I am also employed as a Pediatric/NICU nurse.

You will also need a folder and a pencil!
- Always be respectful of the teacher’s right to teach, other students’ right to learn, and everyone in the classroom.
- Cell phone is to be placed face down on your desk at all times unless you are requested to use it in class.
- Arrive to class on time every day with ALL your needed books and supplies.
- I will dismiss you at the end of class – NOT the bell.
Daily Schedule
1st Hour: Introduction to Health Careers
2nd Hour: Introduction to Health Careers
SRT
3rd Hour: Medical Terminology
4th Hour: Plan and travel to hospital
12:03-12:39: Lunch
5th/6th/7th Hours: Senior class at Union Hospital POB
