We are excited to welcome the Valley Professionals School Based Health Clinics to West Vigo High School and Middle School.

Students and staff are able to be seen on-site by one of our Family Nurse Practitioners. Every student is eligible to receive health care services when they turn in their completed enrollment form signed by a parent or guardian.
