Athletics Move to Digital Forms

West Vigo Middle School is very excited to announce that the Vigo County School Corporation High and Middle School Athletic Departments have partnered with FinalForms, an online forms, and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your student-athlete(s). The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season to season and year to year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible for each of your student-athlete(s), saving you time.  You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. However, you must sign your forms annually and after any update.

We ask ALL athletes’ parents to use FinalForms in place of our physical paper packets. You must complete registration prior to your student-athlete practicing with a team for the 2022-23 school year.  Please register at the link below, and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms:

Click on the Parent Playbook for step-by-step directions if you have problems getting started in FinalForms.

Thank you for your assistance in streamlining our paperwork processes at Vigo County Schools.

**If you have already completed and turned in the packet, we will update/upload the actual signed physical once you’ve initiated your account.  You will only have to complete your student’s registration one time as the information rolls over to the following year.  Once the registration is complete, your student-athlete’s name will be highlighted in green.  The name appears with a red highlight if information or signatures are missing.  We apologize for the additional step to documenting your student-athlete’s eligibility; it will greatly shorten the registration process in the long run.

For the most up to date schedules please visit or download the Eventlink App to create an account.  You can search for West Vigo Middle School by name or by the 47885 Zip Code.

Remember to click on “My Calendars”, then “Manage My Calendars” and select the sports you’d like to see.

Student Council & Yearbook

The WVMS Student Council consists of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. They meet 2-3 times a month and focus primarily on community involvement and positive interaction within the school building.
Yearbook Club Staff go to activities around the school and take pictures, do interviews of staff members and students, and do surveys around the school to get students input.

Being in the Yearbook Club allows students to gain experience in photography, computer design and writing creatively to create a yearbook that captures the memories of our school year.

Pictures are welcome any time and can be emailed it
