Hello! My name is Ms. Linda Dempsey, I teach 4th grade at Farrington Grove Elementary. I am a Terre Haute South Graduate. GO BRAVES! I began my career in 1998 after completing my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education at St. Mary of the Woods College. I received my Master’s Degree + 30 from Indiana State University with an emphasis on reading. I’ve had a wonderful and fulfilling career that spans first through fourth grade, with most of it taking place at Farrington Grove.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and my friends, and being outside!

- 3 composition notebooks (no spiral, please)
- 2 packs of pencils (not mechanical)
- 2 Blue folders (plastic preferred)
- 2 boxes of facial tissues
- 2 containers disinfectant wipes
- 1- baggies (boys- gallon size, girls- quart size)
- 4 glue sticks
- 6 dry erase markers
- 2 boxes of crayons
- Colored pencils
- Scissors
- 1 Pack of highlighters
- Crayon box or pencil pouch (large enough to hold crayons, glue stick)
- 2 Black Permanent Markers
