Hello! My name is Amy Johnson. I have taught for over a decade. This is my first year as the school librarian. It is a dream job as I love reading, books, and teaching. I am a product of Vigo County public schools and universities. My working career began with a business administration degree from Indiana State University. After raising two sons, I attended St. Mary-of-the-Woods College for a teaching license. For the last two years,  I served as our school’s Teacher Leader. I taught new technology not only to my students but also to my fellow teachers. Currently, I am the Technology Resource Teacher (TRT). I still work with technology but I help teachers fix things rather than teach new tech skills. My husband, a local firefighter, and I love to travel and spend time outdoors.
