About Mrs. Young
I love teaching at Ouabache! I began my teaching career in 2009 and have been at Ouabache since 2011. I have taught 3rd and 5th grades as well as Kindergarten. I love teaching and seeing my students grow and learn each day. Kindergartners are so sweet and eager to learn!
I am originally from Chicago, but have lived in Terre Haute for many years. My
husband, Jamie, and I have three sons. We enjoy watching them play baseball
and going to see our favorite team play, the Chicago White Sox, whenever we can.
I am looking forward to another great year at Ouabache!

- Arrive to class on time every day with ALL your needed books and supplies.
- I will dismiss you at the end of class – NOT the bell.
