Education
Mrs. McNichols earned a bachelor’s degree (2000) and master’s degree (2005) from Indiana State University. She is licensed to teach English/Language Arts, Elementary Education, and Special Education.
Teaching
Mrs. McNichols has been teaching in public schools since 2000. Before teaching at Wilson, she taught 13 years at Terre Haute South Vigo High School and 4 years at Cloverdale Community Schools. Her teaching experiences include general education and special education classes in grades 1-12. She has also taught as an adjunct instructor at Indiana State University.
Personal
Mrs. McNichols has lived in Terre Haute since 1996. She and her husband have four kids: Gabe, Emilee, Maya, and Blake. She enjoys reading, journaling, working jigsaw puzzles, gardening, and traveling. She loves spending time with family and friends and especially enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it be walking her two dogs, Theo and Remi, hiking in the woods, attending a concert, or eating dinner on the patio.
