Educational Background: I graduated from Clay City High School in 2001 and continued my education at ISU. In 2005 I graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree. I completed a dual major of Special Education and Elementary Education. I also received an Associates Degree in Health Care Support from Ivy Tech in 2015.
Professional History: After graduation I was a substitute teacher for the Clay Community School Corporation. My first teaching position was for the South Putnam School Corporation in 2006. There I taught in both the self contained and general education classrooms for all grades K-6. On August 8, 2016 I got the call to start at Woodrow Wilson and am extremely proud to be a Warrior! I love working with all the different students.
Personal Information: I am happily married to my husband Matt of 11 years. I am a boy mom! We have a seven year old son named Grayson, a one year old boy Cayden, and a Golden Doodle named Dodger. We enjoy riding our motorcycle and getting together with friends and family. In my spare time I like to read, shop, and watch my son participate in Jiu-Jitsu.
