Professional History
I have been a teacher at Woodrow Wilson since 1997. Currently I teach sixth grade English & reading. While at Wilson, I have been in charge of student council, a team leader, cheer coach, and produced a play. Curriculum covered in my room includes: grammar, process writing, research writing, independent reading, novel studies, short stories and poetry.
Educational Background
I am a product of the Vigo County School Corporation. Lost Creek Elementary, Woodrow Wilson and Terre Haute North Vigo are the fine educational establishments attended. I have a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education from Indiana State University.
Personal Information
My husband’s name is Joe. We have a daughter named, Paxton and a son named Andrew. Both of my children have attended WWMS. My hobbies include: reading, shopping, attending my children’s events and family time.
