Congratulations to our Student Council Officers for the 2021-2022 school year.\u00a0 Our officers are Gavin Wallace and Josie Benefiel, our co-presidents.\u00a0 Heaven Smith and Abby Flynn are co-vice presidents.\u00a0 Isis Johnson is secretary and Sawyer Hamm is our treasurer.<\/p>\n
Our teams are up and running\u2026literally!\u00a0 Our girls\u2019 volleyball, cross-country and boys\u2019 tennis team competitions have begun.\u00a0 And our teams are working hard to bring home a victory!<\/p>\n
Tomorrow, Monday, we will observe Labor Day.\u00a0 No classes.\u00a0 Enjoy you holiday!<\/p>\n
Tuesday, our boy\u2019s tennis team will match their skills in a match against St. Pats.\u00a0 This match will take place at Sarah Scott.<\/p>\n
Also, on Tuesday, the girls\u2019 JV and Varsity volleyball teams will be at Sarah Scott for their match against West Vigo Middle School.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday, join us at Fairbanks Park, for our cross country race against St. Pats.<\/p>\n
Thursday is a busy day.\u00a0 Fall sports pictures will be taken right after school.\u00a0 All members of any of our fall sports teams will have their pictures taken.<\/p>\n
The boys\u2019 tennis teams have another home match on Thursday.\u00a0 This match will be against Otter Creek Middle School.<\/p>\n
The girls\u2019 volleyball teams will also be in action, at Sarah Scott on Thursday, for their games against Honey Creek Middle School.<\/p>\n
As always, we would love to have you join us in supporting our student athletes.\u00a0 All of our races and games begin at 5:00.\u00a0 Visitors are asked to socially distance and wear masks for all indoor events.<\/p>\n
Parents, do you want to be notified if your Scottie has any missing assignments?\u00a0 You can make that happen!\u00a0 You can set up notifications in Skyward to send you emails for \u00a0classes\/assignments that are less than 73%.<\/p>\n
In order to set this up, you will need to log into Skyward.\u00a0 Once in Skyward, go to Family Access.\u00a0 Go to My Account at the top and check the box for \u201cReceive Progress Report Emails for my students\u201d.\u00a0 You can choose to receive notifications Daily, Weekly or Monthly.\u00a0 This is a great way for you to stay informed on your students\u2019 progress.<\/p>\n
