\nWe had a wonderful Veterans program Thursday to pay tribute to those who served or
\nactively serving. Thank you for your service.
\nFood Distribution will be tomorrow, Monday, November 13 from 9:00-10:00. This is a
\npartnership with Catholic Charities and for the community. Please share with others.
\nTomorrow is World Kindness Day. Please wear your kindness shirts, sweatshirts, and
\nother apparel that spread cheer, positive messages, and kindness.
\nSarah Scott has Dance Crew tryouts Monday after school until 5:00! There will be a
\nparent meeting on Thursday. If you have any questions, please see Coach Personette.
\nApplications are in the main office. You must have a physical on file.
\nParent Boosters have a meeting at 5:00 in the teacher work room on Monday.
\nMidterm grades will be posted on Wednesday. As always, it is important that
\nchromebooks are charged and brought to school as part of materials. You can check
\nskyward for missing assignments, grades, and other important information. If you have
\nany questions, please talk with your student and email teachers if you have any
\nquestions.
\n7th and 8th grade basketball teams will have pictures after school on Tuesday. They
\nalso have a game at Honey Creek beginning at 5:00. Continue your winning streak!
\nOur undefeated 6th grade team will be playing at home on Tuesday against Honey
\nCreek and that game will begin at 5:00.
\n7th and 8th grade basketball teams will play Marshall on Wednesday at home starting at
\n6:00. Please notice the time change.
\nPicture Retakes will be Thursday. Please bring pictures, order forms, or online codes
\nwith you for retakes.
\n6th grade basketball teams will play Woodrow Wilson Thursday at 5:00 here at Sarah
\nScott while our 7th and 8th grade teams travel away to Woodrow Wilson.<\/p>\n

FCA will be selling soda for $1 Wednesday for 8th grade and Thursday for 6th and 7th
\ngrade. Proceeds will go toward holiday gifts and baskets.
\nOur beautiful, traditional Sarah Scott Family Thanksgiving Luncheon will be on Friday.
\nThis is where our gym is transformed into a banquet room and all 435 of us eat
\ntogether. Just wait til you see the pictures.

th grade students are attending a women\u2019s basketball game at Hulman
\nCenter courtesy of Indiana State University this Wednesday! Students will receive a
\nfree t-shirt and a school sack lunch will be provided. All costs are covered by ISU and
\nsponsors. Make sure your permission slip has been turned in.
\n7th grade students are going to see A Christmas Carol at the Indiana Repertory Theater
\nin Indianapolis and eat at Chicago\u2019s Pizza in December. Students were given
\npermission slips this past week. The deadline for money and slips are December 1st.
\n6th grade Snow Globe Dance will be at the Boys and Girls Club on Saturday, December
\n2, 7-9 pm. Tickets will be available November 13-29th for $15 cash only, $20 at the
\ndoor. 7th grade Peppermint Dreams will be at the Boys and Girls Club Friday, December
\n1, 7-9 pm. Tickets will be available 13th-29th for $15 cash only, $20 at the door. 8th
\ngrade Snowball Dance will be at Sarah Scott Middle School Friday, December 1, 7-9 pm
\nfor $10. Tickets will go on sale November 13 in the main office.
