My name is Bryan Hammond and I have been a Special Education Teacher in Vigo County for 15 years. Prior to coming to Ouabache 5 years ago, I taught at Terre Haute North. My wife Ashley and I have been married for 12 years and together have two daughters.

My decision to pursue a career in teaching is due, in part, to my desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. On my journey to becoming an educator, there have been many people who have helped me establish my career goals, including family members and close friends.

Student success is the focus of education and my teaching style can be best described as one that incorporates diverse teaching techniques and methods. My ultimate goals as a teacher are: to provide students with quality instruction that meets their individual needs, to provide the skills necessary for success and to create an inspiring, secure learning environment and to actively contribute to the growth and development of the school community.
