I have been working with preschool children most of my adult life. I
really enjoy watching them grow and develop. I love the look on their
faces when they can do something they could not do before. I
believe parents and teachers need to work together to bring out the best
in each child. It is my goal to provide a caring and creative classroom
and develop a positive rapport with the parents who have entrusted their
child in my care.
I received my bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special
Education at St. Mary of the Woods in 1997 and completed
my Master’s in Special Education 2010. I have worked for Covered Bridge since
2000 and at Fuqua since 2002. This is an awesome school! I am married and live
in Marshall, IL. I have two grown daughters who are married and live out of state.
I enjoy reading, walking, and being with my daughters and their spouses when we are
able to get together.
